01. Account creation and Subscription
Account creation
- Click on the Login / Signup button on the navbar.
- Click on Signup tab1 & enter your details in the below fields. Make sure to read the Terms of Service for using the application and Privacy Policy for details regarding your personal data.
Or simply click on the Login with Google2 button to create an account using your Google account.
- Please check your email and verify your account to start using the Build App. If you signed up using the Login with Google button, verification is not required.
- Visit the Pricing page by clcing on the Pricing button on the navbar.
- Select the subscription1 of your choice and proceed to payments by clicking Join Now2. Make sure you are logged in before proceeding.
- Use the payment method of your choice & continue to payment.
02. Using the Build App
Creating New Build!
- Make sure that you are logged in and click on the Builds! button on the navbar.
- Create a New Build! by clicking on the New Build! button. You can also access your previous Builds! here.
- Wait till you get redirected to the Build App.
- After creating new Build!, you would be introduced to the initial flash screen. Introduce yourself to the Builder and press send (
).
The Build App is divided in 3 major regions:
01. Menubar
- Title: Title of the current Build!
- Download Button: Download your resume in PDF format here.
- Layout Selector: Select your prefered layout here.
- Accent Color Selector: Select the accent color for your resume here.
- Font Primary Selector: Select the Primary Font here.
- Font Shuffler: Randomize Primary and Accent Font.
- Font Accent Selector: Select the Accent Font here.
- Page Margin: Set Page Margin for your resume here.
- Section Spacing: Set the spacing between each section here.
- Attach File Button: Add additional files (PDF) for your Builder.
- Input Textarea: Chat with the Builder here.
- Available Sections: Resume Sections that are yet to be added to your Resume, click on any on of them to add to your resume.
- Active Sections: Sections that are currently present in your resume. Expand them by clicking the plus (+) button and start writing your resume.
- Refresh Button: Click it to refresh the resume.
- Font Size Selector: Set font sizes or leave them at default values.
- Cover Letter Tab: Click to see the cover letter. Make sure that the cover letter section is active.
- Resume Preview: Preview of your Resume.
- Cover Letter Active Section: Needed for cover letter.
- Cover Letter Download Button: Click to download Cover Letter.
- Cover Letter Preview: Preview of your Cover Letter.
